Please note, upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a Debit or Credit Card. We may require a 50% or 100% deposit for all services. London Amari Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. State sales tax will be charged where applicable. Please review our cancellation policy before scheduling your appointment.
For first-time online bookings, your Debit or Credit Card will be charged. If you cancel your first online appointment, your card will be charged when rescheduling. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service/treatment amount.
Please complete all necessary paperwork sent to you via email or text message before arriving at your scheduled appointment as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client.
Our Cancellation & Late Policy
Time Matters Here
We understand that unexpected life events (sickness and emergencies) occur. London Amari Studio reserves time and space just for you.
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation and rescheduling. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 100% for the full scheduled session(s).
No-Call No-Show and same-day cancellations appointments will result in a 100% charge.
Late arrivals after 15 minutes may have to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service. Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment/service, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.
Important Health Information
Your Health Matters
It is essential to inform your service provider of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may impact your spa service or treatment when completing your forms sent via email or text. If you experience an injury or prescription change between visits, please notify your provider.
To ensure the best care, intake forms must be updated regularly, and all forms must be renewed yearly.

Membership Services Expire
Policy Statement - Memberships & Unused Services
To ensure fair and effective use of our services, all accumulated membership services must be used by the end of the calendar year. Clients may accumulate monthly services from the date of purchase or activation, but any unused services will expire after December 31 and cannot be carried over.
For example, if a membership is activated in June of said year and has 2 unused services by September of said year, these services must be used or transferred before December 31 of said year. After this date, expired services will no longer be valid.
Once this expiration date is reached, any remaining unused services will be automatically removed from the membership account and cannot be redeemed or carried forward.
Special Policy Statement Guidelines
Lash Membership

Our Lash Memberships operate on 2 lash fills monthly. Any additional fills will be subject to an additional lash fill charge.

In order to prevent infection and stop your lashes from falling out prematurely, your lash extensions should be cleaned on a daily basis. We would like to remind you that extra fees apply to lashes that accumulate build-up due to improper cleaning.

Additional fee for any fill service that is Less than 40% of their lashes gone/come off.

Product Payment Terms

All payments are 100% upfront at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Afterpay. Once your order is placed, your card will be charged immediately.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, including items and shipping details, as all payments are final and cannot be changed without canceling the order. If canceled, your bank may hold the funds for 3-5 business days, which is beyond our control.
Fraud Prevention: Credit card fraud and theft of merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent. If your billing and shipping addresses differ, additional verification may be required. A representative will contact you within 24 hours if further documentation is needed before releasing your order.

If any product is out of stock, unavailable, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to offer a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable, you may choose to cancel the order, and we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Don’t Let a Wrong Address Cost You!

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Double-check your address before finalizing your order, ensuring all details (address, apt#, etc.) are included. Your order will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS to the address provided. If an address correction is needed after shipping, a $10 fee will apply. If a shipment is returned due to a bad address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
