By using this Site, you agree to ALL London Amari Studio terms and conditions you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and any information we may send you. London Amari Studio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change any treatment, service, package, or membership at any time without notice. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of our policies. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
Scheduling: Please note; upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a Debit or Credit Card to schedule your appointment. We require a 50% deposit for all services. London Amari Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Cash. State sales tax will be charged where applicable. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment. When booking an online appointment(s) for the first time (per client) your Debit or Credit Card will be charged. If you cancel your first online booked appointment(s), when rescheduling your next appointment (per client) online, our system will charge your Debit or Credit Card. No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service/treatment amount.
Please complete all necessary paperwork sent to you via email or text message before arriving at your scheduled appointment as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client.
Cancellation and Late Policy: We understand that unexpected life events (sickness and emergencies) occur. London Amari Studio reserves time and space just for you. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation and rescheduling. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 100% for the full scheduled session. No-Call No-Show and same day cancellations appointments will result in a 100% charge. Late arrivals after 10 minutes may have to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service. Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment/service, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.
Health Information: It is extremely important to notify your service provider of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your spa service/treatment when completing your forms sent to you via email or text message. If you have experienced an injury or change in your prescriptions between visits, please inform your service provider of the change(s). Intake forms must be updated with current contact and wellness information. Please note: all intake forms must be updated yearly.
Rewards: All massage and facial related services you make at London Amari Studio earns you points that you can use toward future services.

COVID-19: Our Covid-19 policy has changed due to acceptable relaxed restrictions across the nation and in our area. London Amari Studio continues several new policies to keep you safe during this time. You will experience contactless check-in & check-out. If you like, you may wear a cloth mask or other facial covering while in the studio. We ask that clients come to their appointments alone. Exceptions to this policy include one parent or guardian to minor clients. Policy subject to change at any time. Policy Updated on 5.23.2022.
Product Availability: If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
Product Payment Terms: Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, apple pay, google pay, cash app, and after pay. As soon as you place an order online, your credit/debit card will be charged. Please review your order, items, and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 3 and 5 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted fully. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, you may be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, a representative will contact you within 24 hours after your order has been placed.
Return Policy: you agree to ALL London Amari Studio terms and conditions. London Amari Studio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions. Shipments/Refused/Incorrect Address: Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed – only the product cost of authorized returns is refunded. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for orders to be processed. Shipping may take up to 10 business days. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Please keep in mind that inclement weather can slow down your estimated delivery time.

Failed Deliveries: Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information of your order before finalizing. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provided. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee to make the correction. If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
Policy Statement - Memberships Accumulated Nonuse of Monthly Service: In order to promote equitable and effective usage of our services, we have established a policy concerning the retention of unused monthly services. Clients are granted the ability to accumulate monthly services from the date of purchase or activation. Nonetheless, it is essential to note that all accumulated membership services must be utilized by the conclusion of the current calendar year. For instance, if a membership is activated in June 2023 with 2 accumulated services as of September 2023, these services must be either used or transferred and utilized before December 31, 2023. Any services that remain unused will expire and lose their validity after December 31 of each calendar year.
Once this expiration date is reached, any remaining unused services will be automatically removed from the membership account and cannot be redeemed or carried forward.
Special Policy Statement Guidelines - Lash Membership
Our Lash Memberships operate on a bi-weekly cycle. Any additional services requested prior to the next cycle will be subject to an additional fee.
In order to prevent infection and stop your lashes from falling out prematurely, your lash extensions should be cleaned on a daily basis. We would like to remind you that extra fees apply to lashes that accumulate build-up due to improper cleaning.
Additional fee for any fill service that is Less than 40% of their lashes gone/come off.
