Please note that upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a Debit card or credit card to schedule your appointment. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment day and time. when booking an online appointment(s) for the first time (per client) your debit or credit card will be charged. If you cancel your first online Booked appointment(s), when rescheduling your next appointment (per client) online our system will charge your debit or credit card.  Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of our policies.

By using this Site, you agree to ALL London Amari Studio terms and conditions. London Amari Studio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions. Our prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change any treatment or package at any time. No shows will be charged 100% of reserved service amount. ​


We charge a Fee when scheduling your Lash appointment. If

You schedule an appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or give less than a 24-hour notice, you will lose your deposit. If you are scheduling a touch-up appointment and you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or give less than a 24-hour notice, you will be required to pay $25.00 to schedule another appointment.

Before you arrive to your scheduled appointment if you are receiving any of the following services: Microblading, eyelash extensions, lash lift and or eyebrow/eyelash tint please clean brows, eyes, and lashes gently but thoroughly. remove all make-up including foundation, eyeliner, eyeshadow, eye creams, mascara, and residual oils. If you wear contacts be prepared to remove them. Contacts must be removed before service. bring a contact case with you.

Cancellation and Late Policy

London Amari Studio reserves time and space just for you. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation and rescheduling. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 100% for the full scheduled session.  Late arrivals after 10 minutes may have to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, so you will have plenty of time to do any paperwork that may be required.  Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment/service, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply. If for any reason London Amari Studio needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, as much notice as possible will be given. 

London Amari Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.

Referral Policy

Here at London Amari Studio referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you could give us! To show my appreciation, if the Client you refer purchases a Spa service, you will receive a $5.00 gift certificate to be used towards any service of your choice. Remember you can use your points for add-ons and 30-minute massage upgrades. when you reach 60 points you receive a free 60 massage.

Health Conditions

It is extremely important to notify us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your spa service/treatment when making your appointment.  Intake forms must be updated with current contact and wellness information. please note: all intake forms must be updated yearly. 

covid-19 protocol

Infection Control Protocol:

  •                 You will be emailed all paperwork to complete at home before your appointment as we want to decrease the amount of contact in the studio. Also, any changes to your appointment and cancelations need to be disclosed over the phone. 

  •                 Our staff at the studio will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You will be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.

  •                 We ask that clients come to their appointment alone.  Exceptions include one parent/guardian for minors.

  •                 Check in from the car, studio doors will remain locked: To keep you safe and to maintain social distancing, we will now have patients check in from their vehicle. 

  •                 We ask all clients to call or text (704)761-9033 when they have arrived for their appointment. Our staff will then call or text you back when it is safe for you to come in. 

  •                 If you are sick, (cold, flu or COVID- 19) or around anyone who is or potentially sick please reschedule 14 days prior to coming into the studio.

  •                 We may no longer have a waiting area. All visitors who are not being seen may need to wait in their cars. 

  •                 We are requiring all clients to wear a cloth mask or disposable mask to their appointment. 

  •                 Our hours of operation will be, Wednesday-Friday 11a-6p and Saturday 9a-3p. Like us on Instagram to stay-up to date. 

  •                 All clients will have their temperature taken on the forehead prior to appointment. Anyone with a temperature of 100 and above will be rescheduled 14 days out. 

  •         A Minimizing volume of patients in the clinic each day: We will only be open at 50% capacity to allow for social distancing between clients. That might mean that you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.

  •                 Increasing our already strict cleaning and sanitization procedures. 

  •                 We may limit some of our services, we may only be providing 60-minute massage and 60-minute stretch sessions at this time. We will gradually introduce more services as restrictions lift and the safety of everyone continues to remain safe. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

  •                 All eyelash, eyebrow, waxing and spa related appointments: All clients must wear a cloth mask or disposable mask during the duration of their appointment. 

  •                 We are placing 30 minutes between all appointments to ensure no overlapping so we can properly disinfect and sanitize rooms and other areas between clients.

  •                 All our staff will be wearing masks and other appropriate personal protective equipment.

  •                 Hands must be washed or sanitized prior to moving into the clinical area and hand sanitizer will be available at the front desk. 

  •                 All therapists have the decision not to work on hands and face depending on the client and circumstance.

  •                 All payment types will continue to be processed through our electronic processing system and envelope for cash tips will be provided in each treatment room. You do have the option of paying the same day before your appointment time, just give us a call (704)761-9033. 

  • We may not be accepting online appointments, please call for updates.
